位置真的好，出門過個馬路就是卡倫海灘。有兩個巨大的游泳池，女兒玩的很開心，視野很開闊，水也乾淨。走到哪裡，服務員都很熱情。衞生的話我覺得一般吧，畢竟房間比較老舊了，安排了一個2樓的房間，沒有朝着游泳池，比較安靜。主要是房間便宜，性價比很高！

The breakfast is disgusting, the coffee is from some instant barrels, there are slides for children, but you can feel every joint, several people can fly out of different slides at the same time, people often hit each other. The location is good, the staff tries. Our room smelled of mold, because it was not on the sunny side, the rooms are tired. You can stay for a couple of days, but no more.

The hotel resort does have a large garden, and the ground floor has great views. The kids loved the large slide in the middle pool, and they refused to leave even when it rained. The room was a bit old-fashioned, and the door lock still required a key. I removed the key for easier access to the electricity, but I lost it. However, the two large beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly, and most of them could communicate in Chinese, so there was no barrier to communication. There are many places to eat and play near the hotel, and Karon Beach is very convenient.

It was a great for family with kids. Kids loved the waterslide and location is quite convenient between karon and kata. Only our suggestion is hygiene for the breakfast area. Lots of fly were around and breakfast was not great. But overall, it’s not too bad experience

The hotel facilities are quite old, and the bathroom has a strong sewer smell. My room's balcony faces other hotels, so sunlight doesn't get in. The service is okay, and I didn't experience the poor treatment described in the reviews. They were generally very polite. The hotel is very close to the beach, making it very convenient to get there (incidentally, I stayed there for two nights, and everything was fine on the first night, but I was actually Y-ed on the second night. I'll definitely say goodbye when I return to China).

I brought my parents to Phuket. The hotel is very close to the beach, with plenty of massage parlors and restaurants nearby. Most importantly, Karen Beach is very quiet, and we had a wonderful rest! We even extended our stay for another night!
The hotel breakfast was very comprehensive, with a wide variety of options, and we ate there every day.
The outdoor pool was very clean, and we swam laps there every day.
A special mention goes to the front desk ladies, who were incredibly warm and patient in helping us with any questions. Lily and Kaimook were especially nice.
